Product Description:
TY-423 is a long-chain crystal phase Ⅱ ammonium polyphosphate(n≥5000). It has a higher thermal stability and lower water solubility than crystal phase I ammonium polyphosphate .
TY-423 is an environmentally friendly halogen free flame retardant,which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus/nitrogen synergism and also can be compatible with other polymers.It is usually used with charring agent and foaming agent to protect the polymers through it’s heat-insulating effect.
 
Applications:
TY-423 can be used with charring agent and foaming agent in the processing of the fire retardant treatment of PE/PP/PU materials,oxygen molecules materials or high-grade intumescent fireproof materials,which can provide good flame retardant efficiency.
